We want every homeowner who reaches Positionsprocedure Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to make a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
The plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly. Keep a written record as you go.
Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider who keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Please know that Positionsprocedure Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
You can reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with the plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
